The faster you pedal, the sooner you’ll be enjoying a dark & stormy and green chili cheese fries back at Bermuda PEC. Did we say that out loud?

There’s no shortage of places to whet your appetite on this route, so plan your day accordingly. If you’ve got the time to make a day out of it, stop first at Flossie’s Sandwiches on Wilson Road (and remind yourself you’ll need the fuel to get through the next stretch of County roads.) By the time you descend (and then crest the hill at kilometre 20) you’ll be thinking about your next culinary move. Cruise through prime wine country all the way into Wellington and take your pick (Midtown Brewery is the spot in any season) and make a mental note to drive back and pick up dinner from Idle Wild before heading home.

The Millennium Trail segment will have you in a County state of mind for the final stretch, so switch your legs on to autopilot and let the good times roll. The trail is well-maintained, packed gravel and is mostly traversed by non-motorized traffic.
